Grow your own, without a garden
We sell hydroponic systems that let you grow herbs and leafy greens at home without soil: compact deep water culture kits for a counter or classroom, slanted and tiered NFT kits for a balcony or spare room, and the grow lights, grow tents and seed trays that go with them.
We are a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, selling online and shipping across Singapore.
What we tell you about a product
Every product page lists what is in the box, what is not (the NFT kits need your own reservoir tank and nutrients, for example), the dimensions and the specifications the supplier publishes. Where a figure comes from the supplier we say so, and where something is not included we say that too, rather than letting you find out when the box arrives.
We do not install systems. Each kit comes with instructions, and we answer setup questions by email.
Buying online
We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom. You order on this site and we ship across Singapore.

We run country stores in several markets selling the same range. If you are outside Singapore, start at our company hub, thehydroponics.company.
Delivery
Delivery within Singapore is free on orders of S$50 or more. Below that there is a flat S$22 charge, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Delivery is also offered at checkout for S$22: dispatch within 1 working day, then delivery within 5 working days. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. If something is not right
Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.

Who is behind Hydroponics Company Singapore
Hydroponics Company Singapore is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.

Who am I buying from?

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
If you have any concerns with your order, please email our support team at theteam@nfthydroponics.asia with your order number and they will be glad to help. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our system and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are an online supplier, with no physical shop or premises. Selling online only keeps our running costs down, and that is reflected in our prices.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What are your shipping options and how long will it take?
Shipping across Singapore is free on orders of S$50 or more, and a flat S$22 below that. We dispatch within 2 working days and delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Shipping is available on any order for S$22.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All of our prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
How do you look after my personal information?
We use your details to process, pack and deliver your order, and to answer your questions. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems, so we never receive or store your card details. You can ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete, and our privacy policy explains everything we collect and why.
